-COATING SYSTEM PRIMA V8 .1. NORDSON

–  The dip system is used to coat PCBs with Varnish. For this purpose, the PCB is placed in a substrate, which is then transferred to a coating bath (HFE). After coating, draining and drying are carried out automatically. At the end of the processes, the basket is pulled out again and the PCBs are removed. After manually placing the PCBs in the basket, the process sequence is fully automatic.

The entire procedure is automatic. The program can also work in step mode. All movements are considered steps. Temperature control is disabled from step mode.

Different baskets and different inserts in the baskets must be used for different PCBs. The system is controlled by an electronic controller of the SIEMENS S7-1200 type. Operation is carried out by means of a control panel with buttons and switches and a touch control unit located in the system itself.
